Pendelton vs.mushrooms

Ok, so this was just done straight through. just so i can see something. i drew it in a day but it took me forever to try to post it. I just set each frame for 1 second. its is very basic and not that dynamic.there is dialogue, i just didnt put it in yet. gonna go back in and "plus it" a lotta bit.

Pendelton you ol' dog you.

Pendelton was a widely known and well publicized scientific experiment during the 80's. The experiment was to make people born smarter at birth. His parents, both very successful scientists, volunteered for this experiment. After winning top awards in their fields they went on a camping trip to the woods. Pendelton was born during this trip, then his parents went missing.


Pendelton was raised in the woods by Bigfoot. Reading his parents magazines and books they left in the motor home was Pendelton only knowledge of the outside world. He focused on inventing "kick ass things" and experimenting and is an actual genius, he just doesn't know that. His experiments fail and his inventions are ridiculous.


Pendelton is getting more curious about his parents after Bigfoot tells him the truth. Pendelton wants to find them and find out what happened to them, but he is afraid to leave the cave and go to the outside world having never been there. He is super smart. He is scared. He loves green tea. He is being hunted by the Government and is to be considered extremely dangerous.


WANTS: to find out about his parents
NEEDS:to overcome his fear of the outside world and try to be accepted.

This is Pendelton. Some would label him as a hippy, but he would have no idea what that is. He lives his life in a sort of "haze". He loves to invent things,and he is very good at it, but his inventions are quite pointless. Here he shows us some of his goods. A mirror that turns your reflection into the Wolfman, bubble wrap yoga pants, a bear costume with muscles to intimidate the other bears in the wild, a coffee cup so you don't have to bend over to drink coffee anymore, and a Pringles can that you can fit your head into. Though he gives the impression of being a hippy and he does want to save the earth, he has no tv, no radio, no computer, no phone, and he lives in the forrest, so he is a bit out of touch with the outside world. His coffee pot is powered by 6 diesel generators so he doesn't have to use electricity. He would like to someday work for NASA, Chips Ahoy, or the company that makes Chia-pets,but he doesn't know how to go about getting a job.
